Official Client Engagement Agreement & Operating Policies for The RoyalSign Studio (royalsign.art)
This website and its associated bespoke calligraphy services are operated by The RoyalSign Studio (“The RoyalSign”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Throughout the platform, these terms govern all digital products, custom calligraphy commissions, software tools, client portals, and creative services available at https://royalsign.art (the “Site” or “Services”) to you, the client, conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of all terms, conditions, operating policies, and notices stated herein.
By accessing our platform, placing an order, making a payment, or engaging our studio for custom signature creation, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsing visitors, purchasing clients, corporate entities, merchants, and content contributors.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent and warrant that:
Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in the immediate cancellation of your order and termination of access to all studio services.
We reserve the unilateral right to refuse service to any individual or organization for any legitimate business reason at any time.
You understand that your general design preferences, name specifications, and communications (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted across internal design networks and adapted to conform to technical transmission requirements. All payment card and banking credentials are encrypted and processed through accredited, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any portion of our design methodology, proprietary vector templates, calligraphy guides, software workflows, or platform content without express written authorization from The RoyalSign.
Each signature commission includes the scope of calligraphic drafting outlined in the selected package (including the Professional Authority Signature, Authority & Legacy Combo, Legacy Signature, and Live Design Session).
To maintain the highest standard of artistic precision while ensuring timely project delivery, standard commissions follow a structured iteration protocol:
Estimated design delivery timelines are detailed on each product page and checkout screen. Delays caused by incomplete client briefs, ambiguous spelling requests, or non-responsiveness from the client are not the responsibility of The RoyalSign.
Ownership of the final approved signature design files transfers fully to the client upon complete settlement of all order fees. Upon full payment, the client receives unrestricted personal and commercial usage rights to reproduce, sign, print, brand, and execute documents using their delivered signature.
The RoyalSign retains perpetual ownership over all underlying calligraphic templates, proprietary design tools, preliminary unapproved concept drafts, and foundational vector algorithms. Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to delivery, we reserve the right to feature anonymized signature artwork in our artistic portfolio and showcases.
As all items created by The RoyalSign are customized digital assets (including high-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds, vector SVG files, printable PDF practice stencil sheets, and instructional stroke guides), delivery is fulfilled electronically to the verified email address and/or WhatsApp number provided during checkout.
Clients are strictly responsible for providing accurate contact details. The RoyalSign is not liable for misdirected digital deliveries resulting from customer-provided typographical errors.
Refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by our official Refund Policy.
Bespoke Digital Art Disclaimer: By commissioning our studio, you expressly acknowledge and agree that due to the bespoke, custom, and intellectual nature of personalized calligraphy services, all sales are final and non-refundable once artistic drafting or creative design work has commenced, or once initial design concepts have been transmitted.
Requests for cancellations or refunds based on subjective taste, personal stylistic preference, or change of mind are ineligible for refunds. Any discretionary accommodations granted by The RoyalSign represent goodwill gestures and do not establish a binding precedent or override these Terms.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our studio. You agree to promptly update your contact information, including your email address and WhatsApp contact number, so that we can complete your transactions and deliver your customized design assets.
The RoyalSign reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any order that appears, in our reasonable judgment, to be placed by unauthorized payment methods.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools, preview utilities, or embedded document viewers over which we neither monitor nor have any direct control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party providers.
Certain content, products, and services available via our platform may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to external websites that are not affiliated with The RoyalSign. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

If, at our request or voluntarily, you send creative feedback, reviews, suggestions, testimonials, or comments (collectively, “Feedback”), you agree that The RoyalSign may, at any time, without restriction, edit, publish, distribute, and utilize such Feedback in our portfolio showcases, website demonstrations, or client testimonials without royalty or compensation.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove feedback that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or within our services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to package descriptions, pricing, turnaround estimates, or promotional offers.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Our custom design services and digital deliverables are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
While The RoyalSign takes all reasonable measures to create aesthetic, balanced, and premium custom signature designs, The RoyalSign disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use, application, misuse, or inability to use the delivered signature.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of The RoyalSign, our founders, directors, calligraphers, employees, or contractors exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The RoyalSign, its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, calligraphers, contractors, service providers, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of:
The RoyalSign shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, telecommunication network failures, power outages, severe weather disruptions, or government restrictions.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our calligraphy services shall first be submitted to good-faith bilateral mediation. The competent courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from or related to this agreement.
We respect our clients' privacy and confidentiality. Once a custom digital signature design package has been approved, finalized, and electronically delivered, source working files and concept drafts are cleared from active working memory in accordance with our data hygiene procedures.
We do not guarantee perpetual archival of your creative files. Clients are required to download, back up, and store their final design assets safely upon receipt. Administrative billing records may be retained for statutory accounting and compliance requirements.
Upon electronic delivery of the signature package, the customer assumes full, exclusive responsibility for its usage, storage, digital distribution, and any associated risks. The RoyalSign shall not be held liable for any misuse, unauthorized access, or unauthorized replication of the delivered signature by third parties.
By commissioning our services, clients acknowledge and agree that The RoyalSign does not track, monitor, or control the subsequent real-world usage of the delivered signature. Clients are solely responsible for securing and safeguarding their signature files.
While our calligraphers design distinctive, balanced, and sophisticated signatures, we do not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding absolute invulnerability against fraudulent replication, digital tracing, or forgery by malicious third parties.
The failure of The RoyalSign to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any goodwill accommodations or extra revision rounds granted shall not be construed as a general waiver or permanent amendment of these Terms.
Customers must provide complete, accurate, and unambiguous specifications (including exact spelling, capitalization preferences, initials, and style requirements) during order placement. The RoyalSign shall not be held responsible for project delays or rework necessitated by client-supplied errors.
Clients are strongly advised to implement robust digital security measures upon downloading their signature assets, including cloud backups, encrypted local drives, and access restrictions. The RoyalSign is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from client-side security vulnerabilities.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The RoyalSign offers signature designs that may incorporate principles of graphology, stroke symbolism, aesthetic motifs, numerology, or creative analysis methods (collectively, “Alternative Analysis Services”). By selecting any package that includes these services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Our Alternative Analysis Services do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or career advice. Clients should not rely upon stylistic or graphological observations for critical life or business decisions.
The RoyalSign, its owners, calligraphers, and affiliated personnel shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance upon Alternative Analysis Services or resulting design compositions.
To ensure studio operational efficiency, orders will be automatically marked as closed and completed if a customer fails to respond to delivered design concepts or studio requests for feedback within 10 consecutive calendar days of our last correspondence.
Any communication or review provided after this 10-day period is conducted purely at the sole discretion of The RoyalSign as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute an ongoing obligation under these Terms.
Instructional video tutorials and stroke demonstration guides provided as part of eligible studio packages are designed to assist you in learning and practicing your new signature.
Video tutorials are included in your package and are transmitted electronically upon customer request via email or WhatsApp. The format of the tutorial—which may comprise a digital stroke animation, a vector demonstration, or a hand-drawn stroke capture—is determined at the sole discretion of The RoyalSign based on operational and artistic parameters.
The RoyalSign commits to delivering your initial signature design concepts within our target turnaround of 48 hours from complete order placement and brief verification.
While we endeavor to complete requested revision adjustments within 1 to 2 business days, please be aware that complex refinement requests or high-volume studio periods may extend the revision phase up to a maximum of 5 to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience as our artisans perfect your signature.
All communications regarding your order, revision feedback, and design inquiries must be conducted through our official channels: verified email (theroyalcalligraphy@gmail.com) or official studio WhatsApp channels.
We expect all clients to maintain a respectful, professional, and courteous tone. The use of vulgar, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The RoyalSign reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate communication, restrict customer accounts, cancel pending services, and forfeit payments without refund if such conduct occurs.
It is the client's sole responsibility to monitor their email inbox, including Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders, for incoming design deliveries and communications from The RoyalSign.
The RoyalSign is not liable for delayed reviews, missed deadlines, or unread files resulting from email client filtering. Our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled once the electronic dispatch has been sent to the email address provided during purchase.
While The RoyalSign maintains robust, automated delivery systems, occasional technical anomalies (such as mail server rate limits, network outages, or gateway delivery filters) may occur.
If you have not received your design delivery within the expected delivery window (as stated in Section 28), it is your responsibility to contact us proactively and politely through our official channels with your Order ID and contact details.
Upon receiving a verified inquiry regarding a missed delivery, The RoyalSign will investigate the transmission logs. If a technical failure is identified on our end, we will promptly:
Clients must report any technical non-delivery issues within 30 days of the purchase date. Claims submitted after this 30-day period will not be entertained, and the order will be deemed successfully delivered and accepted.
