1. Overview & Bespoke Artistry Nature
At The RoyalSign Studio (“The RoyalSign”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), every signature design is an individualized, handcrafted digital artwork engineered specifically for each client by our calligraphy artisans.
Because our creative services involve immediate allocation of artisan hours, personalized typographic drafting, and bespoke vector composition, our cancellation and refund policies reflect the custom and intellectual nature of this work.
All Sales Final Notice: By placing an order and completing payment on royalsign.art, you acknowledge and agree that once creative drafting or design work has commenced, or initial concepts have been delivered, orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations will NOT be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Requests submitted due to change of mind or personal preference after our calligraphers have begun drafting.
- Subjective Aesthetic Taste: Dissatisfaction based on personal or subjective stylistic taste where designs comply with the submitted specifications and package scope.
- Client Non-Responsiveness: Orders where the client has failed to provide complete specifications, feedback, or response within our standard 10-day review period.
- Delivered & Approved Assets: Any order where final signature files (PNG, SVG, PDF) or initial concepts have been electronically dispatched to the client.
- Alternative Graphology Analysis: Dissatisfaction with symbolic or graphological interpretations, which are provided strictly for artistic and entertainment purposes.
3. Revision Commitment & Scope
We are dedicated to calligraphic excellence. Rather than refunds, our studio provides structured revision rounds to refine and perfect your signature:
- Initial Concept Phase: Delivery of 4 to 5 distinctive, handcrafted signature options based on your design brief.
- Refinement Phase: You may select your preferred directions and request 1 to 5 targeted adjustments (stroke angle, flourishes, clarity balance).
- Dedicated Calligrapher Support: Our team collaborates closely to calibrate your signature to your executive and aesthetic standards.
4. Discretionary Exceptions & Resolution Process
In rare instances where a technical failure on our part prevents fulfillment, or if an order cannot be processed due to verified technical reasons, The RoyalSign may, at its sole discretion, evaluate the request:
- The client must contact our official support desk at theroyalcalligraphy@gmail.com within 7 days of order placement.
- Please include your verified Order ID, registered email address, and specific details regarding the request.
- Our team reviews all inquiries within 2 to 3 business days.
- If a goodwill adjustment or partial refund is approved, funds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. For any concerns or inquiries, clients are encouraged to contact our support desk first to achieve a prompt, amicable resolution.
